Job Description

Are you someone with experience with Affirmative Action Plans and Equal Employment Opportunity Programs? This newly created position might be for you! Pilot Company is looking for a team member to join our legal team and manage our federal contractor program in compliance with the laws and regulations of the federal or local government. 

In this role you will --

  • Manage the company's federal contractor program and activities related to maintaining compliance with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
  • Identify and address areas of existing and emerging risks and  partner with internal stakeholders to develop action plans as they relate to Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) and other program remediation efforts
  • Proactively collaborate with, consult and influence business stakeholders to assess and maintain compliant processes with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action related regulations
  • Conduct workforce data statistical analyses aimed at identifying and addressing areas of opportunity
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure company compliance
  • Apply proficient knowledge of the laws, regulations and procedures to analyze data trends in talent life cycle to produce effective action plans for the business
  • Apply advanced knowledge of statistical methods to analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses in recruitments, and achievement of affirmative action goals
  • Provide statistical insights for business leaders regarding goals and availability
  • Collect, organize, report and assist in measuring effectiveness of company's good faith efforts and outreach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience gathering and analyzing employment transaction data to develop Affirmative Action and/or Equal Employment Opportunity programs
  • Certified Affirmative Action Professional (CAAP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of federal laws, rules and regulations as they relate to federal contractor status
  • Advanced knowledge and experience utilizing statistical methods for conducting high-level, complex analyses of workforce data
  • Knowledge, understanding and application of risk management and compliance framework and guidelines
  • Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior including but not limited to confidentiality
