Job Description

CREATIVES:

  • Brand Folder Population & Asset Management: Directly assist with populating and organizing the newly launched corporate brand folder, ensuring all brand assets (logos, templates, guidelines) are categorized properly.
  • Routine Operational & Administrative Tasks: Offload daily, routine administrative creative requests so full-time specialists can focus on strategic design work.
  • Content & Layout Assistance: Support basic design adaptation, social media asset creation, and presentation layout work based on established brand guidelines.
  • Portfolio & Reference Gathering: Help compile brand benchmarks, competitive design references, and mood boards for upcoming campaigns.

COMMUNICATIONS:

  • Campaigns & Content Development: Help create social media content including but not limited to art cards and short-form vertical videos to create brand awareness
  • Copywriting: Draft articles, internal and external newsletters, video scripts, and social media captions 
  • Market & Audience Research: Conduct trend analysis, consumer insight gathering, and media monitoring to support strategic communications initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an official Practicum, On-the-Job Training (OJT), or internship course requiring hours to fulfill academic credit.

  • Willing to render 600 hours minimum

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Must have a working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and basic video editing software for short-form content. Strong written communication with an eye for detail and layout aesthetics.
