Brief overview of the role

We are looking for a highly organised and resourceful Chief of Staff to work closely with our Head of Pet Food in Vietnam.

This is a hands-on role for an ambitious early-career professional who wants broad exposure to how a growing consumer business is built and managed. You will help turn business priorities into action, coordinate across teams and ensure the day-to-day operations of the Vietnam Pet Food business run smoothly.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain and regional teams, giving you a front-row seat to the growth of our Pet Food business in Vietnam

What you will do

Support business execution

  • Work closely with the Head of Pet Food to move key priorities from planning into execution.
  • Track business performance, sales results, project milestones and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Supply Chain.
  • Identify operational issues, local market feedback and potential bottlenecks early.

Connect local and regional teams

  • Facilitate communication between the Vietnam team, regional headquarters and other internal stakeholders.
  • Translate regional strategies into clear and practical actions for local teams, agencies and partners.
  • Prepare business updates, presentations, pitch decks and quarterly review materials.

Provide market and business insights

  • Conduct research on Vietnam’s pet food and pet care market.
  • Monitor competitors, consumer trends and relevant market developments.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and business planning activities.

Keep local operations running smoothly

  • Coordinate team meetings, workshops, town halls and visits by regional leaders.
  • Support office administration, facilities, supplies and local logistics.
  • Manage relationships with administrative vendors, service providers and local partners.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
  • Around 2–4 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, a high-growth start-up, brand management, project coordination or executive support.
  • Native or bilingual Vietnamese, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing several priorities at the same time.
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently without step-by-step instructions.
  • Confident working with different teams and following up on agreed actions.
  • Comfortable handling both business-related assignments and practical operational matters.
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Interest in the pet care industry is an advantage.
