We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department and drive financial excellence across our East Malaysia operations.

You’ll be responsible for managing financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis — ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration across functions to support business growth.

• Lead and manage the monthly financial reporting process.
• Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze company financial performance and support decision-making.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and company cash flow.
• Oversee audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure strong internal controls and system integrity (Infor M3 / DEPM).
• Lead and develop a small finance team to deliver high-quality results.
• Partner closely with the Financial Controller and Business Operations leadership to meet financial KPIs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance within the manufacturing industry, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively across all levels.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving audit compliance.
