Job Description

201 File Management:

  • Organize and maintain employee 201 files.
  • Ensure employee documents are accurate and confidential.
  • File and retrieve documents as needed.

Event Support:

  • Help plan, organize, and run company events and activities.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure events are well-coordinated and successful.
  • Assist with logistics for events, like booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with vendors.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform general administrative duties like data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents and reports.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course 

Onboarding Requirements:

  • Officially enrolled in a university
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
