The AVP for Supply Management is mainly responsible for overseeing the supply management functions which would cover activities in both logistics and strategic sourcing operations. Specifically, logistics pertains to materials management (Inbound) and physical distribution (Outbound) of Farm divisions, including BASCO.
The strategic sourcing operations part include importation of raw materials, and/or finished goods (frozen meats) to fulfill the strategic objectives of the Farms division.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or Industrial Engineering
- Over 10 years experience in logistics or commodity-related work particularly in the meats industry.
- Over 10 years in a Managerial or leadership function.
