Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for administrative and sales support activities to the BASCo Sales team. The role is also responsible to help customers,  make sales calls to process sales orders, and answer inbound calls . The Sales Support Specialist serves as the single point of contact in ensuring that sales plans are followed accordingly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inbound customer calls and address customer or sales team needs;

  • Conduct outbound customer cals for sales orders. Support sales by completing and processing orders and keeping management informed of any concerns;

  • Ensure the sales team is on track to meet targets and share innovative lead generating ideas;

  • Provide all necessary sales related data to management and coordinate meetings between departments;

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking reports.

  • Assist with administrative duties related to sales team functions.

  • Perform other related duties, special projects, and assignments as required.


Educational Requirement:

  • BS degree, a graduate of any course

Work Experience Required:

  • At least one (1) years experience in related work
