Pie Pan Inc. owns Bull City Burger and Brewery and Pompieri Pizza in downtown Durham, with a third restaurant forthcoming in 2018/2019. Pie Pan restaurants are unique for a lot of reasons - We make everything in house (including cheeses, buns, pizza dough, sauces, etc.), we source locally and support 30 NC farms, and we prioritize giving back. We’re looking for experienced line cooks who have fine dining experience and knowledge. 

This role requires AM/PM and weekend availability and a passion for creativity and high quality, locally sourced, made from scratch Italian food! 

Basic Requirements:

- previous line cook experience
- professional knife skills
- ability to julienne an onion (will be tested)
- ability to make a vinaigrette (will be tested)
- AM/PM and weekend availability
- experience following recipes
- experience cooking from scratch

Bonus skills: 

- experience preparing cuts of meat
- experience using slicers, fryers, and meat grinders
- experience with wood fired pizza ovens

Salary starts at $12/hour.
