Do you want to help shape the quality of high‑tech electronics? At Psicontrol, you will play a key role as a Quality Manager in strengthening the trust of our customers. You help define our quality strategy and work closely with colleagues across all our sites. With your expertise, you lift our organisation to a higher level.

What will you do?

• Take the lead in the continuous improvement process of our supplier quality.
• Safeguard the entire design process, actively participate in design reviews, and intervene where necessary.
• Promote a strong quality culture by developing and monitoring KPIs and initiating timely actions.
• Maintain our quality system (ISO9001) and implement new ones.
• Coach and motivate internal teams to develop reliable, production‑ready products.
• Occasionally visit our international sites to align quality processes.
• You report directly to the Operations Manager.

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a master’s degree in Electronics and have several years of relevant experience.
• You easily maintain oversight in processes and optimization projects.
• You have strong communication and people‑management skills.
• You believe in cross‑department collaboration to achieve results.
• You like taking initiative and work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, FMEA is a strong asset.
