3rd Shift Hours: 10:30pm - 7am

Starting Hourly Base Rate + Shift Differential: $15.50/hour + 15% Shift Differential of $2.33 = $17.83 per pay hour!

Piece Rate Production Bonuses: Eligible Day 1!

Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter of employment distributed every quarter!

Referral Bonuses: We offer referral bonuses for both the employee and referring candidate! Up to $1,600 in the span of a year for each!

Job Description

Operators will be rotated through press operation, robotic welding, and other manufacturing processes as required by the production schedule. The ideal candidate would have 1-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Operate press for assembly operations
• Use fixtures to set up component parts for robotic welding
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools to ensure conformance with specifications
• Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools
• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and other quality documents to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor
• Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
• Willingness to rotate through multiple manufacturing operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to perform standard shop computations (math)
• Ability to read schematics (blue prints) and engineering drawings
• Ability to perform basic maintenance of equipment
• Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures
