Starting Hourly Base Rate: $18.00/hour with the opportunity to make production bonuses through piece rate incentives!

Shift Differential: Will receive more on the hourly rate if you're willing to work 2nd or 3rd Shift!

Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter of employment distributed every quarter!

Referral Bonuses: We offer referral bonuses for both the employee and referring candidate! Up to $1,600 in the span of a year for each!

Job Purpose:  Ultimately responsible for set up and operation of Press Brake machines.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and other quality documents to plan layout and forming operations and determine bend sequences
• Use fixtures to set up parts for press brake operation
• Operate press brake for forming operations
• Adjust machine settings per part specifications and troubleshoot machine setting issues   
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools to ensure conformance with specifications
• Maintain tolerances determined by part specifications
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and maintain the area’s 5S standards
• Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor
• Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience setting up and operating press brakes preferred
• Willingness to rotate through multiple manufacturing operations
• Ability to perform standard shop computations (math)
• Ability to read schematics (blue prints) and engineering drawings
• Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures
• Ability to follow administrative/procedural policies as well as work within a team environment
