Starting Hourly Base Rate: $15.00 - $18.00/hour with the opportunity to make production bonuses through piece rate incentives!

Shift Differential: Will receive more on the hourly rate if you're willing to work 2nd or 3rd Shift

Signing Bonus: Up to $1,250 in the span of 6 months! $500 at 2 weeks of employment, $250 at 90 days, and $500 at 6 months!

Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter of employment distributed every quarter!

Referral Bonuses: We offer referral bonuses for both the employee and referring candidate! Up to $1,600 in the span of a year for each!

Phoenix Stamping is seeking skilled operators to work in our Atlanta Plants. We are looking for growth-oriented operators who are willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. 

We are seeking the following operators: Manual Welder (MIG), Laser Operator, Press Brake Operator, General Fabrication, Blank Line Operator (Automated Metal Stamping), and Assembly Machine Operators (Hand Operated Metal Stamping). The ideal candidates would have 1-5 years of experience in one of these processes.

Job functions and qualifications vary by position, but the following minimum qualifications will be required:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
• Willingness to rotate through multiple manufacturing operations
• Ability to perform standard shop computations (math)
• Ability to read schematics (blue prints) and engineering drawings
• Ability to perform basic maintenance of equipment
• Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments as well as work within a team environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform repetivive motions, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
