(PAFS) is an established leader in the field of investment administration services handling full back office support for millions of investments and hundreds of funds.  We are a registered Transfer agent with the SEC and offer our clients full service investment administration including investor relation support in accordance with SEC rule 506(c) as well as fund accounting services.  We have a reputation for excellence in the direct investment industry and have experienced very rapid growth as we continue to expand service offerings. 

The Investor Services division of PAFS provides full service investment administration functions including complete daily investment administration on its Syndication Tracking and Reporting system (STAR). STAR is specifically designed for direct participation investment programs, including; REITS, BDCs, commodity pools, hedge funds, limited partnerships, LLCs and similar securities.

 

Job Description

ISR Level II Role:

The Level II Investor Services Rep is a front line service role with a focus on processing, quality control and will report to the Team Manager. Phoenix American is a small, entrepreneurial fund administration and accounting firm that is growing rapidly and poised to capture a large market share. To do this, we need quality people who are both willing to communicate their thoughts on improvement as well as rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. The position will require a detail-oriented individual, who has strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Previous financial and customer service experience preferred.  

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Responsible for overflow inbound calls for multiple fund clients
  • Processes or escalates 2nd level requests received as necessary
  • Responsible for some processing with a focus on quality assurance for incoming new business
  • Responsible for some processing with a focus on quality assurance for account maintenance
  • Begin to act as a liaison between our operations and end user managers
  • Work with compliance to ensure operational adherence to industry regulations, laws and best practices

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree required
  • Financial and/or service experience preferred
  • Must be fluent in english
