Job Description

Generates reports, compile and prepare monthly billing to clients for four separate service divisions.  Process daily cash receipts and assist with collections of aged receivables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly usage and service reports
  • Compile and prepare month-end billing to clients for four service divisions
  • Apply general ledger coding to month-end invoices
  • Perform initial calls related to collections of aged receivables
  • Prepare and distribute daily aging reports
  • Enter and apply daily cash receipts and publish daily cash collected reports
  • Create and maintain client contract folders
  • Assist with other accounting transactions as needed

Qualifications

The ideal canidated will have the following:

  • 5 years client billing experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications required
  • Prior experience with billing or financial systems, preferably Oracle Financial Applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
