• To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
• To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
• To manage the property and raw land offers database.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Willing to report in Makati city
