As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for hunting and sourcing for candidates, interviewing candidates, submitting them to our clients, optimizing their processes, prepping candidates and helping make hires in our clients. You'll be using prospecting strategies to identify ideal candidates for our recruiting campaigns. The goal of the senior recruiter is to establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates, screen / interview candidates, submit them to our clients and make hires.

Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background.
  • English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
  • Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries. 
  • Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates and leverage other tools on LinkedIn. 
  • Ability to comprehend job description requirements and target accordingly with speed.
  • You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.
  • Excited to work in a startup environment and have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
