Job Description

Core responsibilities include:

  • Calendar Management: You'll be the master architect of time, ensuring our CEO and executive team are always in the right place at the right time. Your role goes beyond just scheduling; you'll strategically manage priorities, optimize workflows, and anticipate needs to keep our high-energy, fast-paced team moving seamlessly. You'll be the gatekeeper of our leaders' most valuable resource—time—coordinating meetings, travel, and events with precision and foresight. In this role, your expertise in balancing multiple priorities and your knack for anticipating what's next will be crucial in driving our mission forward.

  • Communication: You'll be the voice and bridge that connects our CEO with the Board of Directors, clients, and partners. Your role is crucial in crafting clear, impactful messaging and ensuring that nothing gets lost in translation. From drafting executive correspondence to managing high-stakes communications, you'll handle it all with finesse and precision. Your ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable insights will keep everyone aligned and moving forward. In this role, your expertise in articulating ideas, managing expectations, and navigating sensitive conversations will be key to driving our mission and maintaining our high-energy, collaborative culture amongst all the businesses.

  • Task Management: As our task management expert, your role will be all about execution—taking tasks directly off the CEO’s plate across multiple businesses and personal responsibilities to lighten their load and ensure they can focus on high-value, strategic initiatives. You'll handle a wide range of responsibilities, from organizing daily to-dos to completing essential tasks with precision and efficiency. Whether it's managing tasks within our various business ventures, basic office coordination or assisting with personal needs, your proactive approach will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. By expertly managing and completing these tasks, you’ll be buying back time for the CEO to concentrate on what truly matters—propelling our company to new heights.

  • Executive assistant or similar experience: You must have experience a assisting a high level employee in an executive assisant role or similar. 

  • High-energy and adaptable: You MUST thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Your ability to adapt quickly and handle unexpected challenges with ease is crucial for success in this role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills: you possess a natural talent for managing time and tasks with precision. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly and anticipate needs is second nature.

  • Strong communication abilities: you excel in crafting clear, impactful messaging and handling high-stakes communications. Your knack for distilling complex information into concise insights ensures everyone stays aligned and informed - and you do not drop balls and have systems to ensure this.
