Job Description
We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our CEO, helps book appointments, and drives growth within the company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via email and social media platforms (LinkedIn) to schedule appointments and qualify leads.
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects through online databases, industry publications, and research.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lead-generation strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and detailed information on leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Monitor and track sales pipeline metrics, including lead conversion rates and appointment scheduling efficiency, to optimize performance and results.
- Calendar and Inbox Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring effective management of their schedule as well as effectively managing their email inbox to tackle action items that need immediate attention.
- Maintaining Sales Pipeline: Act as a point of contact for prospects, handling inquiries and requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate sales executive.
- Meeting Support: Assist in following up on action items. Do post-meeting follow-ups ensuring all pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent to the prospect and modified as needed.
- Social Media Support: Assist the CEO in engaging with prospects on his personal social media account.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of appointment-setting experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- MUST be proactive - you don’t wait for orders and can act independently in the best interest of the company.
- Experience with follow-up sequences.
- Executive Assistant experience is desirable.
- Mindset: A young and dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to embrace the startup culture.
