Job Description

We are looking for an Executive or Administrative Assistant, who will be primarily focused on performing scheduling and administrative tasks for four executives within the organization.

The principal responsibilities will be:

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s).
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s).
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant. 
  • You MUST have Scheduling experience using Google Suite tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management experience and interpersonal skills. 
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.
  • Startup background is a bonus but not required.  
  • Life sciences and pharmaceuticals experience would be a plus.
