    Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing our ATS and candidate pipeline. This role involves a combination of resume screenings, collaborating with our recruiting sourcing team, account management, and hunting for the exact fit candidate. The goal of the Lead Technical Recruiter is to provide a great client/candidate experience and establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates to be interviewed for our client.

    • Execute the whole recruiting life cycle from screening resumes to assisting in writing/negotiating offer letters to onboard a new hire for our client. 
    • Qualify & screen pipeline while updating statutes of our ATS in a timely manner.
    • Assist the recruiting sourcing team in targeting ideal-fit candidates.
    • Proactively provide a great client experience including weekly updates, fast & timely response rates to clients, and professional collaboration. 
    • Assist in documenting job requirements and writing an exciting job ad that generates interest. 
    • Submit detailed and concise candidate screening summaries to our client.
    • Proactively provide a great experience to job applicants including updating them on client feedback & updates, maintaining their interest & excitement for the job, and effectively prepping them for client interviews. 

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting with ideally a startup background.
    • Speak very good English with a minimum of C1 level and speak English on a regular basis.
    • Solid LinkedIn experience: able to perform boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates quickly and leverage other tools on LinkedIn. 
    • Excellent screening skills with the ability to quickly identify an ideal candidate. 
    • Great account management skills - know how to build strong relationships with our clients and applicants in the pipeline. 
    • Ability to capture and understand required skills/experience/target profile, and develop job descriptions and screening criteria.
    • You must have a good understanding of labor laws, benefits, and compensation.
    • You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.
    • Must be positive and proactive with the ability to lead, communicate, and motivate people.
    • The best candidate would have gone to the United States for an extended period of time before, during, or after college.
