Job Description

Under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Development the Corporate Development Analyst will focus on research, analysis and identification of new markets opportunities.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

·        Research compilation and analysis of potential markets and participants to identify opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships.

·        Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.

·        Participate in all aspects of transaction execution including due diligence and financial valuation modeling and transaction summary presentations to senior leaders of the company.

·        Work closely with business teams, internal functional experts (e.g. legal, accounting, tax, etc.) and outside advisors to lead initial diligence efforts and support execution.

·        Support post-merger integration deliverables along with cross-functional teams.

·        Perform integrated revenue/expense analysis and develop projections, reports and presentations of the impact of the acquisition on the organization.

 

Qualifications

 

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or other related field required

·        1-3 years of investment banking or corporate development experience

·        Extremely proficient in financial modeling and analysis

·        Experience with the delivering on short deadlines, experience with the M&A lifecycle a plus

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously 

 

Approximately 25% travel out and within state will be required.
