Job Description

This position reports to the Assistant Controller at the Pharmacann Corporate Office, Chicago, IL.

●       Review and enter all vendor invoices into ERP daily

●       Review and analyze AP aging and other AP reports

●       Interact and resolve all discrepancies with vendors

●       Reconcile vendor statements

●       Process check requests

●       Match receipt of goods to invoices received for 3rd party cultivators to ensure accuracy of shipments

●       Manage corporate credit cards (reviewing, coding, training of employees)

●       Review and process employee expense reimbursements on a bi-weekly basis

●       Review and post daily bank transactions to ERP

●       Maintain detailed and organized records electronically

●       Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

●      1-3 years of accounts payable experience

●      Associate's degree or higher preferred

●      Experience with Microsoft NAV Dynamics preferred

●      Thorough knowledge of general ledger treatment for AP transactions

●      Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and possesses strong organizational skills

This job operates in a office environment. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
