Job Description

Role Summary
Own and drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, QA, and Development to ensure app performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Dev & QA for app quality, updates, and issue resolution

  • Align Marketing for lead generation and campaign effectiveness

  • Support Sales for lead follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets

  • Drive recruitment and onboarding of service providers and staff

  • Monitor vendor performance, ratings, and service standards

  • Handle customer escalations and improve repeat engagement

  • Implement AI/automation for better productivity and reporting

  • Create SOPs, track KPIs, and submit weekly performance reports
