Job Description
Role Summary
Own and drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, QA, and Development to ensure app performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Dev & QA for app quality, updates, and issue resolution
Align Marketing for lead generation and campaign effectiveness
Support Sales for lead follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets
Drive recruitment and onboarding of service providers and staff
Monitor vendor performance, ratings, and service standards
Handle customer escalations and improve repeat engagement
Implement AI/automation for better productivity and reporting
Create SOPs, track KPIs, and submit weekly performance reports
Goal
Ensure smooth operations, strong team alignment, high customer satisfaction, and consistent business growth.
