The Veterinary Assistant position is an excellent introduction to the field and will allow you to see all aspects of veterinary care. A typical day will bring restraint of dogs and cats, assisting with and documenting treatments, cleaning the treatment room, kennels, and surgical suite, assisting with radiographs and laboratory procedures, and much more. You will play an important role in ensuring the comfort of our patients and the smooth running of our hospital.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience
- Professional appearance required; scrubs are to be worn at all times
- Must be 18 years or older
- Work well independently and in a group
