Job Description

Human Resources Manager - $80-90K – Food Ingredients Manufacturing - Coordinates human resource activities including formulating policies and procedures, coordinating the union labor agreement, EEO affairs, Worker’s Compensation/record keeping, staffing/orientation, wage and salary, benefit administration and employee relations. Identify and apply multiple recruiting strategies to ensure a timely and appropriate response to fill open positions. Minimize time to fill open requisitions while improving the fit of new hires. Support team managers to build development plans. Analyze, interpret, develop, and implement HR policies, programs and procedures as appropriate. Utilize expertise in diverse HR disciplines to provide comprehensive and effective HR support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EEO/AA, FMLA, ADA).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. MS/MBA a plus. 3- 5 years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing plant is desired. PHR or SPHR Certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of USA labor laws - compliance with regulatory requirements (EEO/AA, FMLA, ADA).  Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
