Foods & Beverages Manufacturing

Director of Operations - $145-165K + Bonus  – Food & Beverage Manufacturing  – Responsible for coordinating, planning and
executing of the company’s processing operations. Provide overall direction and
guidance of the day-to-day operational activities for 3 plants. Build an
organizational culture of continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, Deming,
etc.;  Lead Plant Managers to meet or
exceed operational goals and objectives. Establish and monitor co-worker
performance and developmental goals and objectives, conducting annual
performance appraisals and salary adjustments. Take any necessary action to
prevent food safety and food quality problems.

BS
degree required; MBA or Masters degree preferred - 8+ years of progressive operational and multi-plant managerial
experience in a complex food
and/or beverage manufacturing environment. Food industry, HAACP and SQF experience required  - Large and small company experience is
acceptable; The ability
to prioritize, follow through and achieve results;  Knowledge
and experience with all OSHA and REI safety regulations. 30-40 % travel between
facilities is required.
