Job Description

The project itself is a salesforce implementation for development & alumni relations (DAR) program. Alumni planning, fundraising, alumni relations etc. It is a salesforce education cloud implementation; this is very new and there have been very few implementations done natively in education cloud thus far. This should be a draw for individuals to get a leg up on the inside track of this new technology.

Responsibilities include:
•     Plan delivery of projects in close collaboration with clients, and with IS&T staff (Architects, Developers, Engineers, System Administrators, and Service Operations).
•     Manage project teams and delivery of projects including requirements gathering, solution approach, design, resourcing, project plan, execution, transition to service operations, and project closure.
•     Proactively manage issues and risks, as well as project resources, budget and schedule.
•     Communicate status of projects and future project plans to stakeholders including faculty, project sponsors, IS&T management, and IS&T governance committees.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be excited to join an energetic team focused on delivering high quality projects in partnership with our clients. Specific requirements are:
•     Has a proven track record of delivering complex, strategically important projects using the Agile/Scrum project methodology.
•     Can demonstrate their experience of successfully deploying Salesforce CRM projects based on a deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite.
•     Has worked successfully in a client oriented team environment.
•     Has experience in process re-engineering, requirements elicitation, and creating and maintaining related project documentation
•     Excellent listening and communication skills (both written and verbal).
•     Able to collaborate with clients and provide out-of-the-box solutions.
•     Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
•     B.A./B.S. Required, Master degree and additional project management certifications are perferred.
•     At least 3+ years of related experience required.
