Key responsibilities will include:

•Building relationships with new and existing clients

•Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates

•Interviewing both on the telephone and face to face

•Face to face meeting - the role will involve some travel

•Interviewing both on the telephone and face to face

•Organising external interviews

•Negotiating terms

•Ensuring you achieve monthly financial targets

•Working to some activity targets to ensure success
