Interview Process: 1st Interview – Phone Screen 2nd Interview – Onsite

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of full lifecycle business analysis experience, including working independently on large, complex projects that deliver or enhance production software systems
• Experience analyzing complex business system requirements in a wide range of functional areas with the ability to work with others to develop solutions
• Able to independently coordinate many diverse and complex activities to accomplish a goal
• Ability to develop new formats as needed, for presenting data to drive understanding and decision making
• A thorough understanding and experience with AGILE/Scrum development methodology
• Salesforce.com certified, with experience implementing small configuration changes and proficient in creating reports and dashboards
• Specialized education in tools & techniques of business process analysis, re-engineering, business systems analysis, or quality assurance
• Experience working in a project team environment
• Previous history working with staffing models
