Job Description

Sales Consultant / Customer Experience Engineer Are you always on the lookout, trying to find new clients and help them develop and achieve the best results? The role:
In the role of Sales Consultant / Customer Experience Engineer, you are focused consulting our clients and prospects to create the optimal solution for their challenges. Putting it in reverse terms… you are not selling a solution but creating one from a consulting point of view. Our main solutions are designed to guide organizations in times of transformation/change, related to turning their customers and employees into Raving Fans. We help companies realize the optimal customer experience and develop the desired behavior and leadership in line with desired customer experience. 

You will be leading different accounts. Every Sales Consultant is the “go-to- person” each time we connect with a (potential) client. In order to create the best solution you will work in a team, to create the best matching proposal. 

Your main focus is to help to realize the revenue growth and healthy commercial results. You do so by being a great salesperson and consultant. Within the company you play a significant role in the whole business development process. You love to work in end-to-end team. You will be reporting to the global Head of Commerce. 

We are curious to know what talents you can bring to the table, for the client as well as the team and the entire company. We are looking for hands-on people person who can easily switch between being a consultant and a working out tailored and turnkey proposals for our different solutions. 

Customer Experience (development) is not a secret for you. You are able to translate the needs of strong global (and high demanding) brands into a solution that helps bridge the gap between what they promise and deliver, focusing on the behavioral and leadership change needed. Qualifications

THE PERFECT MATCH: 

We are looking for someone who has an open personality, consulting skills and has experience with selling solutions/services for an agency like ours. You love to connect, listen and give advise and know the right moment to close the deal

• You have at minimum a Bachelor Degree 
• You have at least 2 years experience in Sales or Business Development 
• You have experience in working in an international environment 
• Development within an agency in the field of Customer experience, HR/Leadership development, Talent management, Branding/Marketing or comparable

 • You love to work with and in different project teams 
• You can express yourself well, both in writing and verbally in Dutch and English 
• You are a team player, who is result driven, connecting and goes for the extra mile
