Who Are We Looking For... 

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for owning the external manufacturing KPIs, and continuously working to improve reporting to clearly highlight trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities. The coordinator will also be assisting as a liaison between innovation and operations for new items, with a focus on facilitating communication, following up with key stakeholders on task completion, and ensuring operations milestones are on track. This role requires proficiency in Excel and the ability to draw conclusions using data analysis.

 KPI Management and Enhancement:

• Maintains external manufacturers scorecard data and presents to suppliers monthly. Reviews KPI data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and completed on time.
• Collaborates closely with planning, quality assurance, procurement, and other relevant departments to create reports that clearly communicate performance trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Assists with reporting to finance on external manufacturing tolling (forecasting, tracking, reporting and financial analysis).
• Prepares operations content for quarterly business reviews with external manufacturers.

Liaison for Operations and Innovation:

• Partners closely with Innovation and Operations teams on new projects to ensure successful execution.
• Maintains the operations commercialization tracker and follow ups with key operations stakeholders on task completion.
• Works closely with R&D and Procurement to ensure new materials meet operations requirements for external manufacturing.
• Supports operations input on innovation projects BOM’s and the item setup workflow.

Other Operations Duties:

• Manages operational systems effectively including Net Suite and 3PL portals.
• Reviews weekly external manufacturing and 3PL PPV variance approval process with the Perfect Snacks AP team, identifying discrepancies and investigating root causes.
• Helps manage the capex budget, tracking spend, creating P.O.’s and ensuring targets are met.
• Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of new operations projects.
• Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the operations department.

Skills / Qualification / Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years previous experience in operations or similar field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel)
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical.
• Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
• Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback.
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation Range: $66-70k (DOE)
