A Bit About the Role...

The Regional Field Manager leads all regional in-store activation by reaching new consumers at point of purchase and building brand equity of Perfect Snacks. The Regional Field Manager owns the marketing activation in region across the Grocery Channel and Club Channel by collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams on creation, implementation and execution of in-store activation driving growth in our must win retailers. This position will accelerate efforts to build a culturally relevant brand through trial and awareness tactics at the point of purchase.

Job Duties and Responsibilities...

  • Translate National Field Marketing strategy to locally relevant activation plans that drive consumer awareness, trial and brand advocacy at the point of purchase.
  • Recruit, train and manage Area Field Managers, Sr. Brand Ambassadors, Brand Ambassador Leads, and 3rd Party Vendors to achieve regional goals.
  • Execute market level and demo program goals per directive from National Field Manager and the Data Center.
  • Plan and schedule regional demo packages with assistance from Area Field Managers.
  • Assist the VP of Sales and Sales Directors in the execution of the sales plan, meeting both personal and regional sales goals:
  • Support retail activation with strategic store visits in both natural and conventional key accounts:
    • New item acceptance.
    • Prime shelf placement.
    • Secondary displays.
    • Promotions.
    • Product education.
    • Shelf tag management.
  • Manage Costco Roadshow regional schedule with assistance of Area Field Manager including staffing, logistics, and inventory.
  • Manage Costco Roadshow weekly inventory processes with assistance from Area Field Manager and Field Coordinator with 100% accuracy.
  • Work alongside Director of Field and Director of Sales-Club to deliver topline Costco Roadshow sales performance.
  • Communicate success stories, key learnings and monthly activity reporting to Marketing and Sales management team.
  • Timely planning and reporting within GoSpotCheck, budget tracking and compliance.
  • Prepared to travel (mostly in region) up to 75% of the time.
  • Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within Field.

Qualifications

Who We Want...

  • Holds a BA/BS degree. Marketing, Communications or Business degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferably within Field Marketing and/or Sales, brand management or consumer packaged goods.
  • Ability to network making genuine and personal connections.
  • Must have the ability to generate program plans from the ground up and execute from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to manage time, scheduling, priorities and strategic planning.
  • Must be organized and thorough.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines while not letting creativity fall to the wayside.
  • Has a passion for great natural products brands!
  • Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment and travel to different events, and a working smart phone for streamlined communication.
