2nd and 3rd Line IT Support

My client is a well established IT solutions organisation based in Watford, Herts who are seeking an experience 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer to deal with customer issues.The role will include:-

·To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles

·Provide telephone, remote and email support

·Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and peripheral technical issues to customer's satisfaction via remote support

·Monitor and proactively resolve issues with remote back-up systems

·Visit customer sites when required

·Supporting and mentoring colleagues with any technical limitations

·Assist with support calls on the helpdesk

It is essential you have good experience in:-

·Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (SBS/2012/2016/2019 Server/7/8/10)

··Core Microsoft infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, IIS, AD, RDS)

··Virtualisation

··Hyper-V, Xen Centre, VMWare

··Backup technologies including Veeam, Cloud Connect, Acronis, Backup Exec

··Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting

··Firewalls (Sonicwall, Watchguard, Draytek, GBA)

··Office 365

·Citrix 6.5-7.5
