Do you have at least 3 years experience as an Account Manager within Telecoms then read on.My client is a well established and award winning Telecoms provider based in Redbourn, Herts with a very low turnover in staff who are looking for you.

The role involves managing your own client base and providing an excellent service to their customers which is what they have built their reputation on.

The role involves:-

·Managing the client base and dealing with inbound calls and queries

·Fault diagnosis and contacting the relevant teams to resolve

·Handling billing enquiries

·Dealing with customer and dealer enquiries

·Customer retention currently 99%

·Managing the customer expectation
