Job Description

My client is a well established family run service company who, as part of their expansion, are seeking a proactive experienced Administrator to join their team.Based in Watford, Herts, the role will involve managing all the administration relating to both Service Administration and Sales Administration.

The responsibilities will include:-

·Ensuring the smooth running of the office

·Managing all quotations

·Checking all Engineer call sheets

·Checking timesheets for payroll purposes

·Ordering stock for the office and the engineers

·In busy periods taking customer calls and sending out engineers

·Running reports for customers

·Managing maintenance contracts, when they are finishing, diarising engineers to call as per the contract

·Invoicing

·Up-dating their CRM system called CLIK and also use of Excel

·Checking sub contractor certificates

·Managing car and van insurances, dealing with insurance companies when necessary

·Managing their Twitter account and up-dating the website

·

This is a busy and diverse role for an experienced Sales Administrator, Service Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office and ensure customers receive an excellent service as customer service is very important for the business and that the engineers have their schedules planned.
