Job Description

Servicing the Major Amusement Park Dining Reservations will involve taking calls from amusement park Guests wishing to make reservations for Dining, Children’s Activities and Cirque du Soleil performances. The  Client Support Professional will service the Program by providing high level customer service to existing and new amusement park Guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant park products and services.

Qualifications

All candidates for this position must have the following qualifications:
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • No experience required
  • Call Center Experience helpful
  • Excellent customer service skills and extensive customer service experience.
  • MUST have a POTS telephone line. No digital service permitted.
  • CSP must have a Smartphone that is able to download an application
  • Must be courteous, professional, energetic and friendly.
  • Clear understanding of the English language as well as a clear ability to communicate in the English language and ability to type 30+ WPM.
  • Computer literacy a must.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Will be required to begin servicing the program immediately after the client course and for the following 90 days thereafter. If the enrollment candidate already has time-off planned for those dates, it is suggested they do not express interest in this opportunity.

Additional Information

Service Revenue:

$8.00 - $14.00 Per Hour
(Based on experience and Performance)


Servicing Hours
7am to 11pm EST 365 days a year

SOW is 30 intervals per week with 10 of those intervals on Sat/Sun (may change due to client need)


SOW Information - The CSP will be required to work at least 20 hours per week, 5 hours on Saturday and /or Sunday.

This is a Full-Time/Part-Time Client Support Professionals' Role (MUST WORK A MINIMUM  of 15 hours Per Week for part-time and 1 weekend day/shift is required per week or 40 hours per week for full time and 1 weekend shift) hours and shifts are contingent upon performance structures and are posted on Tuesdays before the work week. Client's Computer Sales Program is for CSPs with strong sales acumen with experience delivering on customer satisfaction measurements.



Course Training Options:

Monday – Friday on dates April 1, 2015 to May 1, 2015 

9:00am-1:00pm EST

1:30pm-5:30pm EST

6:00pm-10:00pm EST


Pre-Certification Fees:

$12.95 Background Check Fee

$5  CSP101 Fee (Military Veterans, Spouses, and Dependents Free)


Certification Course Details

• Cumulative average of 90% for all quizzes and exams.

• A minimum passing score of 20 points on at least 3 mock calls.

• Must successfully complete Client Support Professional 103 to certify.

• Must complete 100% of all Arise U coursework and class role play 

*****Quizzes and Exams = 90% Minimum to Pass Quizzes throughout course; written assessments at conclusion of course.


Certification is $149 (50% Waived for Military Affiliated Candidates)

50% Will be reimbursed based off of performance ratings after 60 days of servicing client not during nesting period.


Certification ensures that you are certified to service the client and have ascertained the knowledge to take calls independently for the client. The fee also shows that you're serious, dedicated, and willing to work hard. Client courses are vigorous and we want to make sure that you're serious about representing us as we are about representing your time with Perfect Dynamics Virtual Solutions on behalf of Arise Virtual Solutions.
