Job Description


We are a 15 person start up and need a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager as part of the Operations group. Our Operations team is the hub at the center of many departmental spokes - we help hold the wheel together and move it forward. You will help manage an international network of vendors of both component and finished goods and an outbound network of parcel carriers for delivery to clients. Your day to day may include rolling out a new SOP, troubleshooting exceptions with the Customer Experience team, removing roadblocks for your team so they can be more efficient or managing the purchase and delivery of parts for a Perch podium. You will also become a power user on a number of operations, inventory and fulfillment systems.


  • Partner with the VP of Operations on constantly improving performance and planning for growth

  • Implement internal tools and processes that scale to support the business

  • Stay three steps ahead in planning for and executing on distribution and logistics needs to support our dynamic, growing business

  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are meeting expectations

  • Work with all Perch departments to automate manual processes that most contribute to increased accuracy and efficiency


  • 3+ years of Project Management experience

  • Logistics/supply chain/fulfillment experience

  • Experience working in a Startup

  • Experience with Gant Charts, Dependency management, Timeline management

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred

  • Experience or familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce

  • Bachelor’s degree, quantitative or business discipline preferred

  • Proficient at Excel
