Utility Lead

Description

This is a long term position. This position is responsible for supervising utility duties. This is a working position which means the supervisor will be working in the dish room as well as directing other utility workers on procedure for the facility. Must be able to assist with scheduling. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

In charge of setup and breakdown of dish machine Maintain dish room cleaned, organized and sanitized Be aware and avoid any potential cross contamination hazards Work with staff throughout meals washing dishes, keeping tray return clear Ensure staff members remain productive throughout their shift Other duties maybe assigned as appropriate

Qualifications Need 1 year of minimum experience in lead position
