Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support the launch of sales initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.

Partnership Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure key partnerships to drive business growth and expand the company’s reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, developers, corporate clients, and key industry partners.
  • Assist in the development of joint ventures, alliances, and co-branding opportunities to enhance the company’s offerings.

Market Expansion

  • Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets globally, ensuring sustainable revenue streams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to help strengthen its presence.
  • Keep updated with global trends and emerging opportunities to maintain competitiveness.

Revenue Management & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance to management and contribute to sales forecasts.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and revenue forecasting to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies as needed to remain competitive.

Leadership & Development

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales leadership in real estate or property development industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience in leading diverse sales teams across different regions.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques.

We are seeking to hire a visionary and result-oriented Sales & Partnerships Manager who will lead our sales and strategic partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence within Nigeria, Africa, and beyond, ensuring revenue growth, and creating and developing meaningful partnerships.                                                                                       

The SPM would be significant to developing and implementing strategies to establish the organization as a global leader in the industry.
