Job Description

Your mission is to create dynamic, efficient, and inspiring workplaces that empower our teams to excel. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversee the seamless operation of our international offices, ensuring they're more than just spaces – they're thriving environments
  • Implement office strategies and set new standards that redefine the modern workplace experience
  • Take charge of all real estate matters, from nurturing landlord relationships to meticulously administering leases and ensuring compliance
  • Seek out new office locations and artfully negotiate contracts that align with our vision for the future
  • Keep a watchful eye on our budget, especially rent and lease-related expenses, to ensure optimal resource allocation. Play an important role in budgeting and forecasting OPEX and CAPEX works, ensuring financial prudence
  • Partner closely with our Studio Hosts to ensure our offices are managed impeccably and services align with our high standards and external regulations
  • Coordinate office moves and equipment, space planning, renovations and improvements with grace and precision, minimizing disruptions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and expertly manage service providers.
  • Establish key policies e.g. BHP/OHS
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching the latest office practices and innovations
  • Be ready to embrace exciting projects and duties that emerge in our dynamic and global environment
  • Preparations and support external facility audits

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of similar experience in a corporate, multi-location environment
  • Ability to adapt work hours and travel when necessary to provide support and coordination across PCF offices, within diverse time zones
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, de-conflict competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing emails, support requests, internal messages
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Fluency in English
