We also have one project in the concept phase – Red; as well as two projects in VR technology – Green Hell VR and Bulletstorm VR - an exciting VR version of our cult-classic shooter.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cash requirement per entity, per currency within the group and internationally:
  1. Schedule, coordinate, prepare domestic and foreign cash transfers within the PCF Group (companies located in Poland, UK, US, Canada, and Ireland). Report to key stakeholders including CEO and CFO about the status regularly.
  2. Communicate with subsidiaries, ensure the most up to date cash status and requirements.
  3. Monitor and report currency demand and currency risk management.
  • Payment Process:
  1. Design, improve and implement the process. Make sure each payment completes on time.
  2. Support the authorization process by importing payment lists, informing approvers timely.
  3. Review, check and take actions for payment status including credit card settlement.
  4. Work closely with AP to understand up to date suppliers’ data.
  5. Handle internal communications regarding salary payment and I/C transfer. Support AP for payment related inquiries from outside suppliers
  • Cash Flow
  1. Support FP&A to provide Cash Flow forecast monthly.
  • Banking
  1. Monthly bank balance & Credit card statement check and report.
  2. Upon requests from the management, arrange and complete bank accounts/credit card applications.
  3. Interact frequently with our banking relationships (negotiations, instructions, applications, complaints, etc.)
  4. Supervise electronic banking setting and authorizations.
  5. Support bank credit facilities, interest

  1. Cash balance report
  2. Design and implementation of financial liquidity reports.
  • Other
  1. Perform business case evaluation and recommendation of capital investments to Senior Management
  2. Design metrics and implement dashboards to monitor the company’s compliance with its debt covenants.
  3. Allocation of financial surpluses to standard instruments
  4. Prepare presentations and reporting for the supervisory board, Audit Committees, and regulators.
  5. Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably: economics, finance, banking or related)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Treasury Department (or a similar function)
  • Very good interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with Power BI
  • Team management skill
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with big data.
  • Accuracy and reliability in the implementation of processes and tasks
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing, necessary condition)
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
