Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. Job Description

  • Working closely with the Management Team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan for PCF Group companies,
  • Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts,
  • Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors,
  • Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand Group’s performance,
  • Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance,
  • Preparation and managing monthly reports for the Management Team – P&L, BS and cash-flow, including consolidation, detailed analysis of revenues and WIP,
  • Communicating monthly results to the Management Team and recommending for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations,
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on each BU results,
  • Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions,
  • Acting as a business partner to propose meaningful analysis regarding operational and financial KPI’s,
  • Managing the FP&A team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience,
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial modeling and variance analysis,
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools,
  • Results-oriented, hands on approach,
  • Able to solve complex problems,
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships,
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills,
  • Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages,
  • Professional qualification such as CIMA, CFP, CFA.
