Job Description

People Can Fly is looking for a technology-driven person willing to participate in the dynamic growth of our IT team.

You will work directly with our Head of IT on:

  • Leading global, highly motivated IT Administrators team
  • Designing and maintaining software and hardware on the latest technology stacks
  • Operational management of advanced hybrid IT infrastructure.
  • Operational management of internal processes and SLA parameters
  • Conducting global IT projects
  • Securing IT operations
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems.
  • Planning and managing respective parts of the IT Budget
  • Defining and fine-tuning IT standards and processes.
  • Becoming the escalation point for the rest of the IT team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT team management for more than one year
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, or similar role for more than two years
  • Advanced knowledge of at least three of the below technologies 
  • (Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Google G-Suite, GCP, AWS)
  • Knowledge of security systems and data backup/recovery technologies
  • Interpersonal skills enable you to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Skilled self-driven, and able to identify needs and bring them to resolution without oversight.
  • You have experience in the writing documentation
  • You will teach those less tech-savvy about the great new features you've just deployed.  
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude 
  • Ability to support global team working in different time zones (Poland and North America)
  • Willingness to travel at least two weeks per quarter,
  • Sharp critical thinking skills to drive appropriate responses to user requests.
  • Strong team player, able to keep up with fast-paced teams and rapid changes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Game-dev experience will be a plus
