Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting AAA projects with the top publishers in the industry: Project Gemini with Square Enix and Project Dagger with Take-Two (2K), in addition to a new IP to be self-published and two other games in a concept phase. • Being responsible for software implementation & integrations and for IT infrastructure projects

• 5+ years’ experience in a IT Project Management
• Experience in managing a team of at least 10+ people and working with outsource parties
• Proven project management skills
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
• Basic negotiation skills
• Extremely strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork, focus on contributing to good working relationships throughout the team
• Ability to work effectively with people with different specializations and backgrounds
• Ability to work under time pressure
• High work ethic and self-motivated.
• Passion for Games.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent accuracy in documenting project live
