• Useing Agile engineering practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance BDC's technology stack           
• Collaborateing with other team members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new / improved product functionality
• Shaping and implementing technology / business solutions to contribute to BDC's competitive differentiation
• Building BDC's brand in the technology community
• Lead front-end development projects and mentor junior developers.
• Design and develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (X years) as a Senior Front-end Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Token).
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize code for performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with GraphQL or other query languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
