- BA/ BS degree in  computer science or engineering, or software educational background.
- Having a solid working experience in software sector is a huge plus. 
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Excellent reporting and documenting skills .
- Solid experience with MS office ( excel ).
- very good English language.
