Job Description

For one of our Clients, we are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage, support, and streamline IT systems, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Administration & Support

  • Manage and administer SharePoint Online sites, content, and user permissions.
  • Ensure compliance and security configurations (e.g., Compliance Center).
  • Perform system integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide monitoring, reporting, and analytics for SharePoint Online and related services.

2. Stakeholder & User Support

  • Deliver Level 2/3 technical support, acting as an escalation point for external providers.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and provide guidance to other units.

3. Documentation & Training

  • Develop detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions to foster efficient system usage.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant studies or professional experience (following secondary school).
  • At least 4 years of IT experience, particularly with Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform) are a plus.

Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft platforms, including:
    • SharePoint Online
    • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
    • Azure Active Directory (ENTRA)
    • Office 365
    • PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).

Personal & Communication Skills

  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
