We are looking for Project Manager to work on-site in Brussels/Belgium office for European Union project.

 

• Project management.

• Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user information systems.
• Experience in Agile.
• Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
• Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.
• Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Experience on service management.
• Delegation and decision-making skills.
• Negotiation capability.
• Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
• Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge of information systems matters.
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).

Specific expertise:
 at least 3 years of specific expertise in Project Management Standards and methodologies (min. competence level: 4)
 at least 2 years of specific expertise in relational databases (min. competence level: 3)

Certifications are not mandatory, but would be an advantage:

 Project Management Professional (PMP)
 PRINCE2 Foundation
 Certified in PM2
