We are looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Lisbon! We need you to have the hard and soft skills of a financial with the critical spirit and versatility that a technological start-up needs, without fear of managing too much information at the same time. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute daily operations in several areas of the Finance & HR Department, with a special focus on Payroll, Treasury, Collections and Accounting.
- Ensure the organization, classification and posting of all cashflow documents;
- Assist and support Payroll process and other HR administrative tasks;
- Support Monthly & Yearly Accounting closing processes;
- Ensure treasury control and bank reconciliations;
- Support to manage customers collections;
- Information preparation for decision support;
- Ensure reliable financial information and minimize errors.
- Experience in similar roles and activities;
- Payroll, Treasury and Accounting consolidate knowledge;
- Knowledge in ERP systems (plus);
- Strong skills in MS Excel;
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English is required);
- Great sense of organization and analytical skills;
- Resilience and solution orientation;
- Elegible for PT - Programa Activar (Preferably).
