Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, relationship builder to be a:

FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST

This position will support multiple branches based on need

If helping people achieve their financial goals is your passion, then this is the role for you. You love meeting with members, learning about their financial dreams and helping them achieve their goals. We believe that trust is earned over time by providing genuine advice and offering the right solution to every single member, every time. PenFinancial’s culture is unique. Rather than being guided by sales targets, we know our strength is treating members with respect, providing financial education and recommending products and services to support their overall goals.

Can you juggle? Not required, but that would be kind of cool if you could. However, when it comes to juggling multiple priorities, that will be useful in this role (see what we did there). You are a vital member of your branch team and will support the branch objectives while also recognizing that everyone at PenFinancial is working towards a larger goal of building a strong, local credit union committed to improving lives and strengthening communities.

As a Financial Services Specialist at PenFinancial Credit Union, you will work with members to identify their needs and customize a financial plan to support them. You will add value for members by providing them with customized financial advice and access to a full range of lending and investment products to support their financial goals. Building relationships is something you enjoy and you’re happy to use your business development skills to help bring new members to PenFinancial. As a brand ambassador, you’ll proudly represent PenFinancial in the community by participating in various community and business events. You understand that the finance industry is constantly evolving which is why you are committed to continuing education to enable you to provide the best advice for members.
